How long is shipping?

All NanoArtist orders are processed in 1-2 business days.

Once shipped, please allow 5-14 business days for your NanoPalette to arrive at your home.

Where can I find my tracking number?

We will email you the tracking number for your package once it leaves our warehouse.

Does it make a mess?

Not really. While it uses real watercolors, the compact design and refillable brush help keep things neat. Just use a cloth or tissue for minor cleanups.

Can I change/cancel my order?

Once an order has been picked and labeled, we are unable to edit the address or modify the items in the order. Please make sure all of your information is correct before placing your order. Preorders can only be canceled during the 24-hour period after the order is placed. If you have any questions about your order, reach out to us.
